“This property is exactly as described - comfortable, roomy, and clean. Host is a great communicator. We had to kill a few bugs (as the listing said we might). We made one big mistake in not leaving a porch light on when we went out after dinner. Arriving back in the dark and rain was quite a challenge, but our own fault for not turning a light on at the house. Otherwise, a good stay. And just ten minutes from IUP”

“The home is very clean and the area quiet, although the IUP student population was largely gone during our visit. The bedding and linens were high quality. We were visiting for a family event and the property was a nice alternative to a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is very nicely remodeled.
